Description
The VA Long Beach Healthcare System is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price vendor to supply Omnicell pharmacy automation equipment and related services. This RFQ follows FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 procedures and requires a complete SF 1449 offer packet. The contract will run for one year from award, with delivery and implementation at the VA facility in Long Beach, CA.
• Provide detailed schedule of supplies including manufacturer and model numbers for Omnicell system components.
• Submit a delivery schedule and compliance certificates (VAAR 852.219‑78) as part of the SF 1449 offer.
• All offers must be emailed to the contracting officer by the specified deadline; no oral offers or phone inquiries are accepted.
