The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a small‑business‑set‑aside offer for the renewal and support of Circle CVI medical imaging software (or an equivalent solution) for the VA Portland Healthcare System. The contract will provide named‑seat licenses for Cardiac MR, Core CT, Strain, and 4D Flow modules, along with manufacturer‑provided maintenance, remote technical support, and required training for VA staff.
