Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center, intends to award a non-competitive, sole-sourced purchase order to CAREFUSION SOLUTIONS LLC for Pyxis Automated Dispensing Systems for controlled drugs and medication services. The scope of work includes providing equipment, a laser printer, software, and turnkey installation. The system must meet specific requirements, including dimensions, storage capacity, and compatibility with existing systems. The contractor will provide maintenance and support services, including a call-back response for repairs and preventive maintenance visits. The period of performance is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with four one-year option periods. Key features of the system include:

• Large touch screen, flat-panel monitor, sealed keyboard, biometric access system, and scanner

The contractor must provide user and service manuals, deliver and install the system, and provide training and support services.
