NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

The Naval Supply Systems Command San Diego intends to award a sole source contract to AutoClear LLC for the provision of a 6040DVS (160 KV) X-Ray Inspection System. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Although this is a sole source procurement, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government. The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • The contractor needs to provide a 6040DVS (160 KV) X-Ray Inspection System. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. • The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • Responses must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 16 Dec 2025, 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST).
