Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Mediso USA

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) plans to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price commercial contract for the maintenance and repair of two Mediso imaging systems (a SPECT/CT 4H/CT and a PET/CT 122S/CT). The contract will have a one‑year base period with up to four one‑year options, potentially extending the work to five years. The award will be made to Mediso USA, the only OEM with the required expertise, spare parts, and proprietary software. Although it is a sole‑source intent, responsible parties may submit capability statements to argue for competition.
