USAFA Ambulance Services

The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide full‑service ground ambulance operations on an FFP basis. The contractor must supply all personnel, vehicles, medical equipment, and related logistics to support 24/7 emergency medical response, air‑field coverage, and standby services for athletic and special events across the USAFA installation and the adjoining I‑25 corridor. The award will be a phased‑in contract with a 60‑day transition period followed by a 12‑month base year and up to two optional 12‑month extensions plus a possible six‑month extension, with a total potential performance period of up to 44 months. • Provide three dedicated ambulances (plus intermittent units for events) with ALS/BLS capability, staff EMT‑Paramedics, and maintain response‑time metrics (≤12 min on‑site, ≤14 min on I‑25). • Deliver all required certifications, insurance, and government‑furnished communications equipment; submit extensive reporting (monthly run reports, semi‑monthly patient‑care reports, incident reports, quality‑control plan). • Must be a certified SDVOSB, registered in SAM, and meet the NAICS 621910 size‑standard ($22.5 M).
