The City of Riverside seeks a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive Emergency Ambulance Service (Advanced Life Support) across the city’s 81.5‑square‑mile area. The contractor must staff ALS‑qualified units, maintain a fleet of Type III ambulances, meet strict response‑time and clinical performance metrics, and supply full reporting, quality‑improvement, and community‑outreach programs.
