Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in San Bernardino County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service shuttle transportation for its staff and visitors among four locations: the main hospital campus, the Woodpine site, the Valley site, and the Westside Family Health Center. The contractor must supply vehicles, drivers, maintenance, insurance, real‑time tracking, and passenger amenities, operating Monday‑Friday 6 AM–8 PM and covering roughly 400 people per day. Attendance at a mandatory site‑walk on November 6 2026 is required for eligibility; failure to attend results in automatic disqualification. Proposals must be submitted electronically by December 3 2026, with questions due by November 17 2026. The contract is anticipated to run for up to five years, with a tentative award in February 2027.
• Provide shuttle vehicles (15‑35 passenger capacity) and qualified drivers (age ≥ 18, clean DMV record, ≥ 1 year experience).
