Description
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) seeks a qualified vendor to provide shuttle bus transportation for its staff attending the annual Environmental Trade Fair and Conference (ETFC) in San Antonio. The contract covers staggered‑route shuttle service between the TCEQ campus in Austin and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, including an on‑site coordinator, multiple buses, and qualified drivers for multiple days of service in 2027, 2028, and potentially future years.
• Service dates: May 10‑12 2027 and May 15‑17 2028 (3 days each event)
• Pickup/Drop‑off: TCEQ Campus, 12100 Park 35 Circle, Austin, TX and HBGCC, 900 East Market St., San Antonio, TX
• Minimum bus capacity: 56 passengers; buses must be ADA‑compliant, air‑conditioned, clean, and insured
• Vendor must provide an on‑site coordinator (half‑day first day, full‑day second & third days) and qualified drivers with commercial licenses
