International Community School (ICS) in Decatur, GA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide daily student transportation services for the 2027‑28 school year (SY27/28). The contract covers three regular bus routes serving roughly 200 students, plus on‑demand field‑trip buses. The vendor must supply and maintain buses (70‑seat capacity, equipped with live‑tracking, HVAC, two‑way communication), hire and train drivers meeting strict background and experience criteria, and maintain at least $1 M liability insurance.
