Equipment Maintenance and Repair (EMARS) - Automated Medication Dispensing Cabinets (RFR)

The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is seeking qualified firms to provide equipment maintenance and repair services for automated medication dispensing cabinets. The selected contractor(s) will be expected to provide these services for the County's medical facilities. The scope of work includes testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair services for the automated medication dispensing cabinets. The contractor(s) must meet the minimum qualification requirements, which include having provided similar services for at least five years or being a current DHS contractor in good standing. The contract term will be from the date of execution until June 30, 2028, unless sooner terminated or extended. • The contractor(s) will be required to provide services at the County's medical facilities. • The scope of work includes testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair services for the automated medication dispensing cabinets. • The contractor(s) must meet the minimum qualification requirements. • The contract term will be from the date of execution until June 30, 2028. • The County may amend the RFR in the form of an addendum.
