Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department (ISD) is seeking qualified companies to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide as-needed Disaster/Emergency Services. Vendors must be able to respond within 24-hour notice. The services may include High Voltage Repair, Debris Removal, Fire & Life Safety, Relocation Services, and more. The Master Agreement will be for a term of three years with three additional two-year renewal options and six month-to-month extensions.
• The County reserves the right to contract with other entities for the same or similar services.
• Vendors must have three years of experience in providing Disaster/Emergency Services and have the required licenses and certifications.
• The County will review and select vendors based on their qualifications and experience.
• The Master Agreement will include terms and conditions, including indemnification and insurance requirements.
• Vendors must comply with the County's policies and procedures, including those related to business integrity, conflict of interest, and confidentiality.
