The County of Los Angeles is seeking to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors to provide on-call contract planning services to support disaster recovery rebuild efforts in the unincorporated Altadena community and other areas impacted by the Eaton and Palisades fires. The selected vendors will enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide planning services, including preparing CEQA documents, overseeing subconsultants, and providing public counseling and case processing services. The vendors will be expected to work on an as-needed basis, with positions potentially working up to 40 hours per week through teleworking and/or working at physical locations.
• The County is looking for vendors with primarily current planning experience, although disaster recovery experience is also relevant.
• Vendors will be expected to use various computer programs, software, and planning tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Tyler Technologies' EnerGov case processing and tracking software.
• The County encourages vendors to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) if they meet the Minimum Requirements stated in the RFSQ.
• The SOQ should include information about the vendor's background and experience, ability to provide professional planning services, and overall project management.
