Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call real estate services and specialized support services, including commercial leasing, property management, construction management, and appraisal services. The selected vendors will be required to provide professional consulting services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes leasing of real property, real estate advisory and financial services, professional appraisal facilitation, property management, and title and escrow services. The County is looking for vendors with at least 5 years of experience in providing professional real estate services and specialized support services in the greater Los Angeles region.
• The RFSQ seeks SOQ proposals from interested and qualified prospective contractors who can demonstrate their ability and qualifications to provide professional real estate consulting services.
• The purpose of this RFSQ is to establish a list of qualified contractors that can provide temporary professional consulting services on an as-needed basis.
• The County reserves the right to determine the number of selected qualified contractors or the total number of master agreements.
• The RFSQ is not an offer nor should not be considered as an offer to contract with any firm, organization, or other entity responding to the RFSQ.
