RFSQ - Graffiti Removal Services

The Los Angeles County Public Works department is seeking qualified contractors to provide graffiti removal services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a qualified list of contractors that can perform work when Public Works anticipates the need for graffiti removal services. Interested and qualified proposers who can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide the required services are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The SOQ should include information about the proposer's experience, qualifications, and ability to meet the minimum mandatory requirements. Some key points to note are: • Proposers must hold a valid and active C-33 State of California-issued contractor's license. • Proposers or their managing employee must have a minimum of 3 years of experience performing graffiti abatement services. • The use of subcontractors is prohibited for this service. • The resultant contract(s) developed from this RFSQ will be subjected to prevailing wage payments pursuant to the California Labor Code. • Contractors will be required to pay wages at rates in compliance with the Living Wage Ordinance. • The Qualified Contractors List resulting from this solicitation may be utilized by other County departments and/or special districts of the County for their solicitation needs.
