Request for Statement of Qualifications for Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services

The Los Angeles County Public Works department is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from contractors for landscape and grounds maintenance services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a qualified list of contractors that can perform work when Public Works anticipates the need for these services. The scope of work includes mowing, edging, and plant trimming. • The solicitation is open to all qualified contractors who can demonstrate their ability to provide the required services. • The contract will be subject to prevailing wage payments and the County's Living Wage Ordinance. • Contractors must submit their SOQs in electronic format via USB or compact disk by June 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. • The County reserves the right to close this solicitation at any time.
