Description
The California DMV is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to provide a one‑time cleanup and ongoing bi‑weekly maintenance for the Whittier DMV field office. The work includes weed abatement, debris removal, lawn mowing, shrub and tree pruning, irrigation system testing, soil replenishment, and waste hauling. The contract is for a 36‑month term with rates to be determined after bid evaluation.
• One‑time landscape cleanup (if authorized) covering weeds, debris, stumps, and soil remediation.
