The California Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a certified small‑business contractor to provide exterior property sweeping and pressure‑washing services for its Oxnard Field Office. Work must be performed with truck‑mounted equipment during non‑business hours (overnight/weekend) and includes regular sweeping of all paved surfaces, oil‑spill removal, drain cleaning, manual trash pickup, and monthly pressure‑washing of sidewalks, dumpster enclosures, building walls, and other exterior areas. The contractor must manage gate‑access codes, submit a maintenance log after each service, and maintain required insurance and certifications. The contract is for a 36‑month term beginning March 1 2027, with a bid submission deadline of 10 Oct 2026.
• Sweep three nights per week (Sun, Tue, Thu) between 6 PM–6 AM.
• Pressure‑wash once per month on the first weekend Sunday, same hours.
• Use only truck‑mounted equipment; prohibited from using trailer‑mounted units.
