Garage and Downtown Pressure Washing Services

The City of Mountain View is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive pressure‑washing services for two municipal parking garages and assorted downtown locations on a recurring and as‑needed basis, to be administered under a multi‑year Blanket Purchase Order. The work includes all labor, equipment, traffic control, wastewater containment, haul‑away, and related incidentals, with no bid deposit required. The contract may be extended up to five years, subject to annual funding and CPI‑U adjustments. • Lot 1: Interior pressure‑washing of the 133 Bryant St. and 850 California St. garages (two services per garage per year) and associated stairwells (four services per stairwell). • Lot 2: Hourly‑rate, as‑needed pressure‑washing for downtown locations (no minimum hours). • Vendor must provide all necessary hoses, vacuums, barriers, PPE, and must recover and dispose of all wastewater; work can be performed off‑hours with a 24‑hour response and 48‑hour mobilization requirement.
