Citywide On Call Hydro-Excavation, Vactor Street Sweeping, and Associated Services

The City of Tacoma is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call, city‑wide services that include hydro‑excavation, vactor (vacuum) operations, street sweeping, and a suite of associated tasks such as de‑watering, vault cleaning, storm‑line jetting, and catch‑basin inspections/cleanings. The contract will be awarded on a unit‑price basis and may be split into up to three separate awards, each covering different schedules (A‑E).
