Description
The City of Spokane Wastewater Maintenance Department seeks a qualified contractor to provide multi‑year preventative‑maintenance inspection services for its large‑diameter interceptor sewer system. The scope includes live HD CCTV camera operation, laser and sonar profiling, gas (H₂S) and temperature logging, inclinometer data collection, and delivery of GIS‑compatible CSV/PDF reports. Work is to be performed under annual Notice‑to‑Proceed cycles with a 90‑working‑day completion window each year, and the contract may be renewed up to four years total. Bidders must hold NASSCO certification, possess a camera system capable of both sonar and laser profiling, and comply with Washington State prevailing‑wage and tax requirements.
