Master Agreement for Hydro Excavation, Grease & Debris Removal and Pumping Services

The City of Lincoln is seeking qualifications from service providers for a Master Agreement for Hydro Excavation, Grease & Debris Removal and Pumping Services. The agreement will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The contractor will provide services on an as-needed basis, including grease removal from lift stations, potholing, media removal from biogas or other vessels, liquid transfer and pumping services, and confined space entry and cleaning. The contractor must maintain insurance for the entire term of the contract and provide bonds for projects over $10,000. • The contractor must have experience with hydro excavation, grease removal, and pumping services. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment, including hydrovac trucks and high-capacity vacuum units. • The contractor must have a safety plan in place and provide documentation of confined space training and personnel certifications. • The contractor must be able to mobilize to the jobsite within 24 hours for planned services and within 4 hours for emergency services.
