The California DMV is seeking a vendor to provide a 36‑month contract for the rental, weekly delivery, pickup, and replacement of linens, mats, and janitorial supplies to multiple DMV offices. The contractor must handle all logistics, ensure quality standards, and submit weekly service statements and monthly invoices. The work is purely supply‑and‑logistics with no construction or heavy equipment involved, making it suitable for companies experienced in textile rental, uniform services, or facilities‑support supply chains.
• Provide and rotate clean linens, aprons, shirts, floor and anti‑fatigue mats on a weekly schedule.
• Deliver and pick up janitorial items (dust mops, wiping cloths, print‑shop towels) while maintaining a container for soiled items at each site.
• Comply with strict quality, documentation, and insurance requirements, and meet weekly service hours (Mon‑Fri 7 am‑3 pm).
