The State of California Department of Social Services seeks a qualified vendor to provide daily secured courier services between the Disability Determination Service Division (DDSD) Sierra and Central Valley branches and two United States Postal Service (USPS) drop‑boxes in Clovis, CA. The contractor must supply covered trucks or large vans, licensed drivers, and all labor, materials, and equipment required to move roughly 600 lb of inbound mail and 1,200 lb of outbound mail each day, Monday‑Friday (excluding state/federal holidays). The agreement is a non‑construction service contract with an initial term of up to 24 months and a possible 12‑month extension, subject to performance and compliance with extensive security, insurance, and licensing requirements.
