The United States Postal Service is seeking a qualified transportation provider to perform regular box‑route mail delivery services between Eagle River, AK (HCR 995A2) and the H083 area. The contractor must operate a vehicle with at least 120 cu ft capacity, provide daily service (except Sundays and holidays) covering roughly 9,638 route miles and 2,425 schedule hours per year, and handle approximately 734 boxes each day. The award will be a fixed‑price contract with economic price adjustments for fuel and labor rates, running from 20 Dec 2026 through 30 Sep 2030, with possible short‑term extensions. The vendor must meet stringent security, insurance, personnel‑screening, and wage‑determination requirements, and will be compensated on an annual rate basis with additional $4.00 per‑mile for any extra trips ordered.
