Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking qualified contractors to provide courier services for its agencies and users. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, starting from November 1, 2023, and ending on October 31, 2028. The contractor will be required to provide pre-defined, as-needed, and emergency courier services, picking up and delivering shipments for the Commonwealth. The contractor must identify which of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania they will be able to provide service.
• The contractor must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number.
• The contractor must create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contractor must minimize pollution and comply with environmental laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide confidential information and protect the Commonwealth's confidential information.
