Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services, is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for Portable Toilet/Hand Washing Equipment and Septic Waste Removal Services. The purpose of this ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive contractors to provide rental or sales of portable toilets and hand washing equipment and septic waste removal services. The contract is open to all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies and Local Public Procurement Units.
• The ITQ contract is for a period of 5 years, from 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2027.
• Contractors must have 2 years of experience in the appropriate commodity code selected under Service Categories.
• Contractors must identify the counties of Pennsylvania in which they will provide services.
• The contract includes various service categories, such as portable toilets, hand washing stations, relocation of portable toilets and hand washing stations, and septic system waste removal.
• Contractors must submit a qualification bid, which will be evaluated based on their experience, qualifications, and pricing.
• The Commonwealth reserves the right to review and determine eligible applicants as Local Public Procurement Units on a case-by-case basis.
