Description
The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for providing soap making materials and accessories to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Pennsylvania Correctional Industries (PCI). The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031. The contractor will be required to deliver the materials F.O.B. Destination to the specified location. The contract includes terms and conditions such as warranty, payment, and termination provisions.
• The contractor must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number.
• The contractor must create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements.
• The contract includes a warranty period of one year for all items furnished and services performed.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor laws and worker safety laws.
• The contractor must protect the confidentiality of the Commonwealth’s confidential information.
