Description
The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for the statewide Integrated Pest Management Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). The ITQ is for the provision of pest management and wildlife control services to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s executive agencies and Local Public Procurement Units. The contract will be for a period of 10 years, from 03/01/2018 to 06/30/2028. Contractors must meet the qualification requirements, including having two years of experience in the appropriate commodity code, providing documentation of pesticide application business license, and submitting a copy of their Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certificates. The contract will be awarded to qualified Contractors, and they will be eligible to respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Integrated Pest Management services.
• The ITQ is for the provision of pest management and wildlife control services, including general pest and rodent control, termite control, and bed bug control.
• Contractors must select the county(ies) in which they can serve.
• The contract will be for a period of 10 years, from 03/01/2018 to 06/30/2028.
• Contractors must have a statement that pesticide applications are included in their liability insurance.
• The contract will be awarded to qualified Contractors, and they will be eligible to respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Integrated Pest Management services.
