Call Handling Equipment (CHE) Sustainment Equipmen

The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is soliciting Suppliers to submit qualifications for statewide Call Handling Equipment (CHE) Sustainment Equipment and Services Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). The selected Suppliers will be awarded a contract and may be eligible to respond to a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The contract term is 2 years, with the option to extend for up to 3 months. The Contractor will be required to provide call handling equipment sustainment services, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment. The Contractor will also be required to provide training and support to PEMA staff. • The Contractor must be registered as a PA Supplier and have a supplier number. • The Contractor must create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal and select the Commodity Code: 92000000-ITQ-618 911 CHE Sustainment Services. • The Contractor must submit qualifications electronically through the JAGGAER portal. • The Contractor must comply with the IT Contract Terms and Conditions, including the Enhanced Minimum Wage Provisions and the Security Requirements.
