On Call Maintenance and Minor Construction Services

The Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority (IERCA) is seeking licensed general contractors to provide on‑call emergency and routine minor‑construction/maintenance services for its composting facility. Work will be performed under task‑order agreements, with rapid response required for emergencies (within 1.5 hours) and a minimum five‑day turnaround for routine proposals. Services may include millwright, welding, electrical, fire‑sprinkler, plumbing, concrete, drywall, and equipment maintenance, and must comply with California prevailing‑wage and safety requirements.
