The City of Wilmington seeks a qualified plumbing contractor to provide on‑call plumbing services for minor repairs, maintenance, and emergency response at municipal facilities. The contract is a “on‑call” arrangement with no guaranteed minimum volume; work will be issued via City work orders. The contractor must respond within specific timeframes (2‑4 hrs for emergencies, 24 hrs for urgent, 3‑5 business days for routine) and provide comprehensive documentation for each job. Pricing will be unit‑based and hourly rates submitted in the proposal; all prices must remain firm for 60 days.
