The Town of Raynham is seeking qualified plumbing contractors to provide on‑call plumbing repair, maintenance, and upgrade services at its municipal facilities and repurposed school buildings. The contract is a one‑year term with the option to renew up to two additional one‑year periods at the Town’s discretion. Up to three separate contracts may be awarded, allowing the Town to split work among multiple vendors. Contractors must meet Massachusetts licensing requirements, demonstrate at least five years of experience, provide references, and carry required insurance and bonding.
