Description
This solicitation establishes a unit‑price contract for plumbing services across all Washington County Public Schools facilities. The contract will be called on “as‑needed” for job‑order projects, with vendors providing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision at predefined hourly rates for various trade categories. The award will be based on the lowest responsible bid, with the possibility of multiple awardees and up to two additional two‑year renewals. Vendors must meet licensing, insurance, background‑check, and drug‑free workplace requirements, and must be registered in Maryland’s eMMA system.
