Description
This solicitation seeks to pre‑qualify contractors for an annual, up‑to‑five‑year plumbing services contract with Palm Beach County. Qualified firms will be placed on a list to receive individual work orders for minor/incidental maintenance, repairs, valve and fixture replacement, back‑flow testing, drain cleaning (including jetting and camera inspections), sewer gas detection, and equipment relocation. Each work order is expected to be under $100,000, with a cumulative ceiling of $500,000 for the contract term. Contractors must hold all required Florida state and local plumbing licenses and will later be required to submit bids for specific work orders.
• Scope: General plumbing maintenance, repair, and minor installations for county facilities.
