Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors for an annual contract to provide flooring services, including repairs and replacements of carpet, carpet tile, sheet goods, base goods, and installation accessories. The contract will be for a period of up to five years, with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $5,000,000. The specific magnitude of the work will be determined by individual work orders issued by the county.
• The contract is open to all qualified contractors, and additional contractors may be added at any time.
• Contractors must be determined to be qualified by the county in order to submit quotes/bids for future work orders.

• Contractors must possess all professional licenses or certifications required by the state of Florida and/or Palm Beach County, as applicable, for performing the specified services.
