Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualification of vendors for flooring services. The pre-qualified vendors will be selected to provide goods and/or services as listed in the solicitation. The vendors must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. The pre-qualification process will evaluate the vendors' qualifications, experience, and ability to perform the required services.
• The solicitation includes requirements for certification, licenses, and permits.
• The vendors must maintain a current Business Tax Receipt for Palm Beach County and all permits required to complete the contractual service.
• The vendors must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the Equal Business Opportunity Ordinance.
• The vendors must provide a response in a sealed package or container signed by an agent of the company having authority to bind the company or firm.
