The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking to pre‑qualify vendors capable of providing flooring services under a term contract. This pre‑qualification (RPQ #23‑045/SS) establishes a roster of approved suppliers who can be called upon for various county facilities projects. Vendors must submit a sealed, signed response by May 4 2023 and must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system. The contract will be awarded to pre‑qualified vendors who meet all statutory, safety, licensing, and local‑preference requirements, and who agree to comply with the County’s Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) and S/M/WBE goals.
