This solicitation is a Request for Pre‑Qualification (RPQ) to establish a pool of qualified vendors that can provide plumbing services to Palm Beach County on a lump‑sum, term‑contract basis. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system, hold all required state and local licenses, maintain a current Palm Beach County Business Tax Receipt, and comply with numerous statutory, safety, non‑discrimination, and public‑records requirements.
