REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR PLUMBING SERVIC

Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide plumbing services on a lump sum, term contract basis. The contract will be for a term of one year with options to renew for up to four additional years. Vendors must submit their pre-qualification responses by the deadline, and the county will evaluate the responses based on the criteria outlined in the solicitation. The contract will require the vendor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the plumbing services. • The vendor must be certified by Palm Beach County as a small business enterprise (SBE) or a minority/women-owned business enterprise (M/WBE) to be eligible for the contract. • The vendor must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to be eligible for local preference. • The vendor must submit a completed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 with their pre-qualification response to document their proposed subcontractor/subconsultant participation. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including the Palm Beach County Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy. • The vendor must provide a copy of their Business Tax Receipt and any other required certifications, licenses, and permits with their pre-qualification response.
