This solicitation is a Request for Pre‑Qualification (RPQ) issued by Palm Beach County to establish a pre‑qualified vendor list for the supply of concrete, asphaltic hot‑mix, asphalt, tack coat, and associated county pick‑up services under a term contract. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system, submit a sealed, signed response package, and meet extensive compliance requirements (licensing, safety data sheets, nondiscrimination, criminal‑history checks, etc.).
