Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide oils, lubricants, and fluids for purchase and delivery on a term contract basis. The contract will be for an unspecified duration, and the vendor will be required to provide a variety of products, including motor oil, hydraulic oil, grease, coolant, and lubricant products. The vendor must also comply with various regulations, including those related to commercial non-discrimination, lobbying, and debarment.
• The vendor must submit a response to the Request for Pre-Qualification, including certifications, licenses, and permits, as well as a completed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2.
• The vendor must also provide a copy of their County Business Tax Receipt and certify their business location.
• The vendor must comply with the requirements of the Equal Business Opportunity Ordinance and provide documentation of their efforts to comply with the ordinance.
• The vendor must also certify that they have implemented a drug-free workplace program and comply with the requirements of the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment.
