Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualified vendors for the provision of drones, parts, supplies, and accessories. The selected vendors will be placed on a pre-qualified list, which will be used for term contracts. The scope of work includes the purchase and delivery of drones, parts, supplies, and accessories. Vendors must submit their pre-qualification responses on the provided response form, which must be signed by an authorized representative. The responses will be evaluated based on the vendor's qualifications, experience, and pricing.

• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible respondent or bidder, unless a certified small business enterprise (SBE) bid is within 10% of the lowest non-small business bid.
