This solicitation seeks to establish a pre‑qualified vendor list for the purchase and delivery of a broad range of chemicals (fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, dyes, pigments, adjuvants) to Palm Beach County, Florida. Vendors who become pre‑qualified will be invited on an as‑needed basis to submit itemized price quotes for specific orders; the lowest responsive, responsible bid (after any local preferences) will be awarded. The contract is a term agreement with no fixed quantity; vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, provide all required certifications (business tax receipt, licenses, safety data sheets, etc.), and comply with extensive non‑discrimination, local‑preference, and public‑records requirements.
• Scope: Supply, transport, and deliver a variety of agricultural and industrial chemicals to County facilities.
• Delivery: Items must meet ANSI, NFPA, and Florida safety standards; vendors must provide Safety Data Sheets.
