Palm Beach County is establishing a pre‑qualified vendor list for the ongoing purchase and delivery of animal feed (excluding dog food), hay, pine‑shaving or pellet bedding, dog‑litter bags, and other animal supplies. Vendors must submit a sealed pre‑qualification response by the deadline, be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, and meet numerous compliance, licensing, insurance, and local‑preference requirements. Once pre‑qualified, vendors will be invited on an as‑needed basis to quote specific items; the County will award individual purchase orders based on price, delivery time, and compliance. The contract is a term agreement with no fixed end date, and the County reserves the right to prioritize emergency deliveries and to source the same goods from state contracts if cheaper.
