Description
Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide various types of animal feed, bedding, and supplies on an as-needed basis. The selected vendors will be placed on a list of pre-qualified vendors and will be invited to provide written quotes for specific projects. The vendors will be responsible for delivering the goods and services to the County's user departments. The County reserves the right to acquire some or all of these goods and services through a State of Florida contract.
• The goods and services to be provided include animal feed, hay, bedding, bags for dog litter pick-up, and animal supplies.
• The vendors must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to receive a local preference.
• The vendors must submit a written quote on the response form provided by the County, including the price offered for each item, product name and number, and delivery days.
• The County will review the quotes submitted by the pre-qualified vendors and order goods on an as-needed basis.
• The pre-qualified vendors must return the written price quote to the County user department within the specified timeframe.
• The County may return any item that fails to meet the County's specifications or performance standards at the expense of the successful bidder.
