Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualification of vendors for window and glass surface cleaning services on a term contract basis. The pre-qualified vendors will provide goods and services as listed in the request for pre-qualification. The vendors are required to comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and provide equal opportunity for subcontractors, subconsultants, vendors, and suppliers to participate in all public sector and private sector subcontracting and supply opportunities.
The key aspects of the job include:
• Providing window and glass surface cleaning services
• Complying with Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining a current Business Tax Receipt for Palm Beach County and all required permits
• Ensuring that all subcontractors are registered as vendors in the Vendor Self Service (VSS) system
• Complying with the County's Equal Business Opportunity Ordinance and maximizing S/M/WBE participation on an as-needed project-by-project basis
