Palm Beach County is seeking to pre‑qualify vendors for a term contract to provide commercial window, door, and glass repair and replacement services. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system, submit a sealed pre‑qualification package by the deadline, and meet extensive compliance requirements (e.g., safety codes, drug‑free workplace, nondiscrimination, criminal‑history checks, and S/M/WBE goals). The contract will be awarded to a pool of pre‑qualified vendors who can perform the work on a project‑by‑project basis, with individual project values not to exceed $99,999.
