This solicitation seeks to pre‑qualify vendors capable of providing ongoing window and glass surface cleaning services for Palm Beach County facilities under a term contract. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, possess all required licenses, insurance, and safety certifications, and comply with extensive nondiscrimination, public‑records, and drug‑free workplace requirements. The pre‑qualification deadline is December 12 2024; successful vendors will be placed on a pre‑qualified list and may be called upon for individual work orders throughout the contract term.
