This solicitation seeks to pre‑qualify vendors that can provide auto body repair and painting services on a term‑contract basis for Palm Beach County. Once pre‑qualified, vendors may be called upon for individual projects (each not exceeding $99,999) throughout the contract term. The County requires vendors to be registered in the Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) system, maintain all necessary state and local licenses, carry appropriate insurance, and comply with non‑discrimination, local‑preference, and public‑records statutes. Vendors must submit a sealed, signed response by the January 27 2022 deadline, including certifications, business tax receipt, and a certification of business location.
